It’s Not Just Care, It’s My Career is a powerful campaign, shining a light on the people who make care extraordinary. Featuring the voices of over 120 real people — from those who deliver care to those whose lives are transformed by it — this campaign celebrates the pride, passion, and purpose that define a true career in care.

Working alongside care campaigner, ‘Big Ian’ Donaghy, we travelled across the UK with a portable green-screen setup in order to capture a huge range of voices from those working and living in care.

The campaign is to feature prominently on social media and in schools throughout 2026 to promote care as a career option, and dispel many of the myths and preconceptions people often have about the care sector.
