Every year, Visit York puts on the magical St Nicholas Christmas Fair along its busy shopping streets. This market, along with its thousands of winter lights that decorate the city, have afforded York the title of UK’s most festive city.

Working with local digital agency, Milner Creative, I was delighted to be able to film and produce a promotional video for Visit York’s website (above), along with several shorter edits for the tourism body’s social media channels (below).

Filmed over two days in November 2021 at the start of the Christmas Fair, I was able to turn around the videos within a week to ensure maximum exposure in the lead up to the festive season.
