Every year, Visit York organises a spectacular Ice Trail across the city featuring dozens of unique frozen sculptures made in London by Icebox.
Working with local digital agency, Milner Creative, I was delighted to be able to film and produce a teaser video showing the creation of the sculptures, filmed in a -8°C freezer in London, and a full retrospective of the event itself.
Use in the media…
As well as being used extensively on Visit York’s social media channels, the video also appeared on TV, including on ITV’s Good Morning Britain.
The following year, footage from the video was used extensively in a report on BBC Look North to promote the 2023 Ice Trail.
